Compliance & Import Clearance

Before a product can be ranged, it must be compliant. For personal care and home care categories this means AICIS notification for chemical ingredients, TGA registration where required, and ACCC-compliant labelling: country of origin, full ingredient list, safety warnings, correct net contents. We review your existing labels against Australian standards, identify the gaps, and manage the notification process. A failed compliance check at the retailer ranging submission stage ends the deal before it starts.

Category & Pricing Strategy

Australian retail has tight category logic. A buyer at Chemist Warehouse evaluates a new product against the existing planogram: Does it add a subcategory? Does it trade the consumer up on an existing need? Is the RRP positioned correctly against the competitive set? We build the category argument before the buyer meeting — shelf gap analysis, competitive pricing benchmarks, and a margin structure that works for the retailer, for Levitek, and for the brand. The landed cost model (ex-works to sea freight to customs to local 3PL to retailer margin) is completed before any ranging submission goes in.

Ranging Submission & Buyer Relationships

A ranging submission is a formal pitch document delivered to a retail buyer during a set review window. Major grocers run quarterly category reviews. Chemist Warehouse and Priceline have their own cycles. We prepare the full submission package — product brief, INCI data sheet, trade pricing, suggested RSP, marketing support plan, and retailer-specific trading terms — and we deliver it to the right buyer contact. These relationships are built over time; a distributor with existing buyer access removes months of cold outreach from the brand timeline.

Logistics, Warehousing & First Orders

Once a ranging decision is made, the clock starts. Retailers provide a brief setup window before the first purchase order. We coordinate sea freight from origin (typically 5–7 weeks from Jordan, Turkey, or South Asia), customs clearance, and inbound to our 3PL network. Retailer-specific logistics compliance — barcode formats, carton labelling, pallet standards, EDI order management — is confirmed before first delivery. A logistics failure on the first order can end a ranging.

In-Store Execution & Sell-Through

Getting ranged is step one. Staying ranged requires velocity. We manage planogram compliance, coordinate point-of-sale material production and placement, and monitor sell-through data by store. When a product underperforms in a region or store format, we respond — whether that is a promotional mechanic, a price adjustment, or a rationalisation discussion. Retailers cull slow movers without sentiment. Maintaining a line requires active commercial management, not just fulfilment.

Naya

Naya is Levitek's in-house product line — a range of eco home care products formulated in Jordan with natural, plant-derived ingredients. The brand is positioned at the accessible premium end of the eco home care aisle: effective cleaning products with transparent ingredient lists and sustainable packaging, priced competitively against established naturals brands on Australian shelves.

The category rationale: eco home care is one of the fastest-growing segments in Australian grocery. Major retailers have expanded dedicated eco home care bay space through 2024–2026. Pharmacy chains are now ranging eco cleaning lines as adjacent SKUs to their natural personal care sets. Naya's positioning — Levant provenance, natural formulation, AU-facing packaging — is differentiated from Australian-made naturals brands already dominant in the category.

Naya launches with six eco home care SKUs. Each formulation has been reviewed against AICIS chemical notification requirements and ACCC labelling standards. AU compliance finalisation is in progress ahead of the first container order.
